The Gould’s long-established reputation as one of our leading piano trios has been built not only on the quality of its music-making but also on the eclectic nature of its repertoire.
This is well illustrated by tonight’s programme, which includes a work from 2012 by the respected Scottish composer Helen Grime and a delightful trio by the now completely overlooked 19th century German composer Heinrich August Marschner.
